Do I need to be home for the delivery?

We suggest that you be at home while your item is out for delivery, to ensure its safety and avoid any potential theft or damage. You can obtain an updated status of your order by registering with the appropriate carrier for your particular case (UPS

When can I expect to receive my order(s)?

It usually takes 1-2 business days to process the order(s). Depending on the city you live in, delivery in Canada usually takes 2 to 7 business days. In total, it will take 4 to 9 business days for you to be able to sleep on your Polysleep mattress.

Do you ship to the USA?

Absolutely! We ship to any physical address within the contiguous United States (no APO/PO boxes).

How do I track my order?

How big is the mattress box?

All Polysleep mattress sizes ship in a standard box of 17”x 17”x 41”. Depending on bed size, the total weight of the box with the mattress varies from 46 lbs to 86 lbs.

Which shipping company do you use?

To ensure you receive your package right on time, we partner up with trusted companies such as FedEx and UPS and Canpar.

Do I pay for shipping?

We ship for free in all Canadian Provinces. For the 3 Canadian Territories, please note that there will be an added charge for shipping

Will you remove my old mattress?

We do not offer this service. You can refer to a local charity. Many cities also provide bulk recycling pick-up if your items are wrapped in a plastic furniture bag. Check out your municipality’s website for more info.

Can you ship to an APO or PO box?

Unfortunately, our shipping partner can’t ship to APO or PO boxes.
