How do I track my order? 🍁Updated 13 days ago
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with the name of the carrier responsible for delivery.
You can then track your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or Canpar).
📦 What do the tracking statuses mean?
When you check your tracking number, several statuses may appear depending on your package’s progress.
Here’s what each one means:
🏷️ Label Created
The shipping label has been generated, but the carrier has not yet picked up the package.
→ The package is ready to ship or awaiting pickup.
🚚 In Transit / On the Way
The package is moving toward you and may go through various sorting centers before arriving in your area.
→ No special action is required — everything is on track.
📬 Out for Delivery
The package is on the delivery truck and should reach you today.
→ Check your mailbox, entryway, or porch.
🔄 Sorting Error
The package was sent to the wrong sorting center by mistake.
→ The carrier will correct the route; a short delay of 1–2 days is possible.
This is a temporary and common situation.
🛑 Package Held at Terminal
The package is temporarily held at a carrier facility (e.g., additional sorting, high volume, delay).
→ The package is still in transit, but a slight delay may occur.
🏪 Available at SmartSpot Pickup Location
(Mainly for Canpar deliveries)
The package has arrived at a designated pickup location (SmartSpot).
→ Check the tracking link for the address and opening hours to pick up your package.
📍 Awaiting Pickup
The package is available for collection at a service point (e.g., post office, depot).
→ Bring a valid ID to retrieve it.
✅ Delivered
The package has been successfully delivered.
→ If you can’t find it, check the following places: mailbox, balcony, nearby neighbor, or ask a household member.
📦 Delivered (Order with Multiple Items)
One or more packages have been delivered, but others are still in transit.
→ Check the other tracking numbers — they should arrive soon.
🚪 Delivery Attempted
The courier attempted to deliver the package, but no one was available, or there was an issue with the address.
→ Another delivery attempt will usually be made, or the package will be redirected to a pickup location.
