1. When is my order processed?

Once your order is placed, it is processed on the next business day, approximately 24 hours after purchase.
At that time, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation.


2. When will I receive my tracking number?

The day after your purchase (24 hours later), you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
This tracking number confirms that your order has been transferred to our warehouse and is now being prepared.


3. When will my order be shipped?

Your order is shipped 48 hours after your purchase, depending on business days.
The shipment will be handled by Canpar, FedEx, or UPS.


4. My tracking shows “Label created” and no movement. Is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal.
Here’s how the tracking process works with most carriers:

  • When your tracking number is first created, the status often shows “Label created”.

  • The tracking becomes active once the package is scanned at the carrier’s sorting facility.

  • Once scanned, it means the carrier officially has your package.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours after the label is created.


5. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Not always. Here’s why:

  • Each item is usually shipped in a separate box.

  • In some cases, several items may be combined under one tracking number.

    • If this happens, your ShipStation email will indicate that the shipment contains multiple items.


6. How can I track multiple items in my order?

Tracking options vary depending on the carrier:

  • UPS & FedEx:
    Click on “1 of 2 – multiple package shipment” to view all packages associated with your order.

  • Canpar:
    On the tracking page, click “Locate the shipment”.
    Scrolling down the page will display each tracking number linked to each item.


7. I received only one of my items. Is this normal?

Yes. When multiple boxes are shipped:

  • Sorting facilities may process packages at different speeds.

  • Some boxes may arrive earlier than others.

The remaining items are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
We recommend checking the additional tracking numbers to see the status of each package.
