My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?Updated 23 days ago

If you have received a delivery notification but your order is not at your doorstep, please first check with any connected individuals (e.g. neighbor, family member, concierge) who may have taken it in for safekeeping. If the order is still missing, please contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the courier company and find a resolution as quickly as possible.
