Will all my bundle item be delivered together? 🍁Updated 25 days ago

Each item in your order is shipped in a separate box and has its own tracking number.

Depending on the products ordered, more than one carrier may be used.

You will receive an email from our shipping platform containing your tracking information ([email protected]).


🔍 To better track your packages:
Each item corresponds to a separate shipment and may arrive at different times.

  • In some cases, multiple items may be grouped under the same tracking number.
    If this is the case, the email you receive will indicate the number of items included in that shipment.

For UPS or FedEx, you can view all associated packages by clicking
1 of 2 – Multiple Package Shipment.”

For Canpar, click on “Track Shipment” from the tracking page to view all packages linked to your order.


👉 Important: Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process or timeline.
However, you can contact the carrier directly for more information.


💥 We recommend signing up for notifications on the carrier’s website using your tracking number to receive real-time updates on your delivery.


🚚 What happens once the order is picked up by the carrier?
Once the packages are handed over to the carrier, their handling depends on the carrier’s internal logistics. It’s possible that some packages may:

  • Be scanned with a slight delay by the barcode reader,

  • Experience a temporary detour due to a sorting error (called a “missort”),

  • Be redirected to a subcontractor based on your postal code, which may cause a slight delay in delivery.

💡 These situations are usually temporary and resolve on their own within a few days.
If a package appears delayed, it is often already in transit or about to be delivered.
