We recommend being at home on the day your order is marked "Out for Delivery", to ensure the package is received safely and to minimize the risk of loss, theft, or damage.

That said, you do not need to be home for the delivery to take place. We offer contactless delivery for your convenience and safety.
Here’s how it works:

• The delivery driver will leave your package at the designated location (for example, your doorstep, porch, or another safe spot) without requiring any in-person contact.
• You will receive a notification or photo (depending on the carrier) once your package has been delivered.
• No signature is required, and the driver will maintain a safe distance at all times.

💡 To stay updated on your delivery, we recommend signing up for tracking notifications with the carrier handling your order (e.g. Canpar, UPS, or FedEx) via their website. This way, you’ll know exactly when your package is arriving.
