It usually takes 1-2 business days to process the order(s). Depending on the city you live in, delivery in Canada usually takes 2 to 7 business days. In total, it will take 4 to 9 business days for you to be able to sleep on your Polysleep mattress.

ORDER PROCESS : 

Once your order has been processed / received by our team, we send the request to our manufacturing facility within 24 business hours. If stock is available, you receive a tracking number via email. 
Your order is then picked up by our third party delivery partners the following business day. At this step, please note that the tracking number may not be updated for the first 24 hours, as sometimes our delivery partners only have checkpoints that are located outside of the immediate area of our facilities.

We suggest signing up for delivery notifications directly on the carrier's website to stay up to date with the progress of your order.

Finally, upon delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation email to alert you of the contactless drop-off of your product(s).
