Mattresses

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your mattress, you may return it for a refund after the first 45 days of your 100-night trial* (barring an $89.95 +tx administrative fee). 

* Please note that Polysleep's return policy only allows one mattress return per household.


Polycouch

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Polycouch, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery * (barring an $89.95 administrative fee). 

* Please note that Polysleep's return policy only allows one mattress return per household.


Pillows

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your pillow, you may return it for a full refund within the 30-night trial period*. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in mint condition. 

* Please note that we only accept one pillow order return to a maximum of 2 pillows per  
  household. 



The Foundation & Levita

Please note that we do not offer a trial period, reimbursement, or returns on the Polysleep foundation and Levita.

Sleep accessories

Please note that we do not offer a trial period, reimbursement, or returns on our Polysleep Antimicrobial Topper, The Polycool  Topper or The Mattress Protector.

**** IMPORTANT*****

Return exceptions for Yukon and Northwest Territories

Unfortunately, the 100-night trial is unavailable in Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut due to the difficulties in returning the mattresses with carriers.
