Return Policy by Product

  • Our Mattresses: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mattress, you can return it for a full refund after the first 45 days of your 100-night trial. *
  • Polycouch: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Polycouch, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. *
  • Baby Mattress: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your baby mattress, you can return it for a full refund within the 30-night trial period.
  • Polysleep Pillow: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pillow, you can return it and receive a full refund* within the 30-night trial period.* (See Pillow return )
  • Polysleep Orthopedic Pillow: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your orthopedic pillow, you can return it and receive a full refund* within the 30-night trial period.* (See Pillow return )

Please note that we do not offer a trial period, returns, or refunds for the following products:

  • Polysleep Foundation
  • Polysleep Topper 
  • Waterproof Mattress Protector


đź’¤ Mattress Return Procedure

If you've opened the box and are considering returning your mattress, no worries, we're here to help! Below are the details to guide you through our return policy and process.

📌 ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN

To be eligible for a return, a few simple conditions need to be met:

✅ Trial Period

  • You must have tried the mattress for at least 45 nights. This is our minimum adaptation period, as it often takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
  • The return request must be made before 100 nights from the delivery date.
  • Your trial period starts on the first night you receive the mattress ( the delivery date).

✅ Return Conditions

To ensure the mattress can be returned:

  • It must be in good condition : no stains, rips, tears, or signs of misuse.
  • It should be clean and free from damage.
  • Only one trial per household is allowed. This is determined based on the name, delivery address or payment method.

đź’ˇ Tip: We strongly recommend using a mattress protector during the trial period to keep your mattress in great condition and eligible for return.

 

🔄 RETURN PROCESS: STEP BY STEP

If you're eligible and ready to return, here’s how it works:

📝 Step 1: Fill Out the Return Form

Complete our Return Request Form with the following required info:

  • Full Name and email used for purchase
  • Order number 
  • Photos of the entire mattress surface showing its condition
  • Clear pictures of the product labels and production date (this is mandatory)
  • Pickup address
  • Reason for return

👉 Important: Incomplete forms may be declined, so please double-check before submitting.

✅ Step 2: Approval

Once we receive your completed form, we’ll review it. If everything looks good, we’ll approve your return and move on to the next steps.

 

🚚 Step 3: Charity Pickup Process

  1. We contact a local charity in your area to arrange pickup.

⏳ Timeline may vary depending on your location and the charity’s availability (trucks, staff, etc.).

  1. Charity schedules the pickup directly with you.
     They’ll reach out by phone to confirm a convenient appointment.
  2. Prepare the mattress for pickup.
    Please place it on the ground floor near the main entrance to make the process smoother for the charity team.
  3. Mattress is picked up and you receive a receipt from the charity.
  4. Send us a photo of the receipt.
    Once received, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days back to your original payment method.

*A fee of $89.95 + tax may be charged for Mattress / Polycouch exchanges
