Our Mattresses: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mattress, you can return it for a partial refund after the first 45 days of your 100-night trial (minus the return fee of $89.95 + taxes) **(Not applicable to resellers). Polycouch: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Polycouch, you can return it for a partial refund within 30 days of your purchase (minus the return fee of $89.95 + taxes) **(Not applicable to resellers). Baby Mattress: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your baby mattress, you can return it for a partial refund within the 30-night trial period **(Not applicable to resellers). Please contact a member of our support team at the following email address: [email protected].

*Please note that a fee of $89.95 + taxes will be deducted from your refund for any return of the above-mentioned mattresses. Limit of one return per household.

Polysleep Pillow: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pillow, you can return it and receive a full refund* within the 30-night trial period **(Not applicable to resellers). Please contact a member of our support team at the following email address: [email protected].

Polysleep Orthopedic Pillow: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your orthopedic pillow, you can return it and receive a full refund* within the 30-night trial period **(Not applicable to resellers). We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that is stained, damaged, or incomplete. 

An inspection will be conducted before the refund is issued.
