Mattresses 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your mattress, you may return it for a refund after the first 45 days of your 100-night trial* (barring an $89.95 +tx administrative fee). 
* Please note that Polysleep's return policy only allows one mattress return per household.

Polycouch

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Polycouch, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery* (barring an $89.95 administrative fee). 
* Please note that Polysleep's return policy only allows one mattress return per household.

Pillows

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your pillow, you may return it for a full refund within the 30-night trial period*. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in mint condition. 
* Please note that we only accept one pillow return per household. We ask our customers to take this factor into consideration before returning their product, in order to participate with us in this more ecologically responsible approach.

The Foundation & Levita

Please note that we do not offer a trial period, reimbursement, or returns on the Polysleep foundation and Levita.

Sleep accessories

Please note that we do not offer a trial period, reimbursement, or returns on our Polysleep Antimicrobial Topper, The Polycool  Topper or The Mattress Protector.
