What is the return process? Pillows and WedgeUpdated a day ago

Return Policy by Product

  • Our Mattresses: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mattress, you can return it for a full refund after the first 45 days of your 100-night trial. *
  • Polycouch: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Polycouch, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. *
  • Baby Mattress: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your baby mattress, you can return it for a full refund within the 30-night trial period.
  • Polysleep Pillow: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pillow, you can return it and receive a full refund* within the 30-night trial period.*
  • Polysleep Orthopedic Pillow: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your orthopedic pillow, you can return it and receive a full refund* within the 30-night trial period.* 

Please note that we do not offer a trial period, returns, or refunds for the following products:

  • Polysleep Foundation
  • Polysleep Topper 
  • Waterproof Mattress Protector


đź’¤Pillows and Wedge Return Procedure

If you've opened the box and are considering returning your Polysleep pillow , Sierra pillow or Wedge pillow? No worries, we're here to help! Below are the details to guide you through our return policy and process.

📌 ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN

To be eligible for a return, a few simple conditions need to be met:

✅ Trial Period

  • The return request must be made before 30 nights from the delivery date.
  • Your trial period starts on the first night you receive the pillow (the delivery date).

✅ Return Conditions

To ensure the pillow can be returned:

  • It must be in good condition: no stains, rips, tears, or signs of misuse.
  • It should be clean and free from damage.
  • Only one trial per household is allowed. This is determined based on the name, delivery address or payment method.

💡 Tip: We strongly recommend using a pillow cover during the trial period to keep it in great condition and eligible for return.

 

🔄 RETURN PROCESS: STEP BY STEP

If you're eligible and ready to return, here’s how it works:

📝 Step 1: Send us all the required info:

  • Full Name and email used for purchase
  • Order number 
  • Photos of the front and back of the pillow
  • Reason for return


🏷️ Step 2: We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label

 

🚚 Step 3: Return and Refund

  1. Print the label and attach it to your package, making sure to cover the old shipping label and any barcodes.
  2. The return label is valid for 7 days, so we kindly ask that you drop off the package within that timeframe.
  3. Once the package is ready, you can bring it to a CANPAR , FEDEX or UPS drop-off center near you, depending on the label provided.
  4. Once we receive your pillow, it will be inspected, and we will issue your refund, which should appear on your credit card within 3 to 5 business days.

⏳ Timeline may vary depending on your location and the carrier transit time.
