Mattress Exchange
Can I exchange my mattress if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Yes! If you're within 7 days of delivery, we can help you process an exchange, whether the box has been opened or not.
📦 UNOPENED BOX: How does it work?
Send us a photo of the unopened box, showing the shipping label with your information (name, address, etc.).
We’ll email you a return label to print.
Stick the label over the old one and drop the box off at a return center (UPS, Canpar, or FedEx, depending on the label provided).
Once we receive the box, we’ll issue your refund.
💡 Tip: If you ordered a Polycouch, you can see the color through the original plastic wrap without unrolling it. This makes it easier to rebox and return if needed.
✅ Important:
The item must still be vacuum-sealed in its original plastic.
The return label must be used within 7 days of receiving it.
In the meantime, please place a new order online for the correct item so you receive it as soon as possible.
📤 OPENED BOX: What to do?
Send us a photo of the unrolled mattress, and a close-up of the white tag on the back showing the production date.
We’ll guide you through the steps to schedule a pickup (see: Return Procedure).
Once the mattress is picked up, we’ll process your refund.
✅ In the meantime, please place a new order online for the correct item so you receive it without delay.
🕒 How long does a return/refund take?
Returns and refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s transit time.
