How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled at any moment before shipment. To proceed with a cancellation, send an email to [email protected] with your order number.

Can I pick my delivery date?
If you wish to delay your delivery date, you can reply directly to your confirmation email to request a delivery date. The request must be place within an hour of ordering. We cannot guarantee that your mattress will be delivered on the chosen date,
Can I combine discounts?
Promotions cannot be combined. If you enter a discount code, it will replace the discount offered on the website.
