Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You can request to cancel your order by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready and any relevant details to expedite the process.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been processed?
A: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, you may need to initiate a return after receiving the item. Please refer to our return policy for details.

Q: Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
A: Orders canceled before processing will not incur any fees. However, if your order has already been shipped, return fees may apply as outlined in our return policy.

Q: How will I receive my refund for a canceled order?
A: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to your original payment method within     3 -10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Q: Can I modify my order instead of canceling it?
