What are the conditions of a return?Updated 9 days ago

We accept mattress returns (*) under the following conditions:

• The request must be placed between days 45 and 99 after the reception of your mattress. Please note that return requests must be completed and all documents submitted within 2 business days.
• The mattress must be in mint condition
• Someone must be available during business hours for the pickup
• Maximum of 1 mattress return per household 
• Please note that there is an 85$ return fee for this process

(*) Exclusion of the Polycouch and baby mattress (30 days)

We accept pillow returns under the following conditions:

• The request must be placed within 1 to 30 days after the reception of the pillow
• The pillow must be complete with all the layers and in mint condition
• The pillow must be mailed within 7 days of receiving the return label
• Maximum of 1 return of up to 2 pillows per household
