Can I return my mattress if the box has not been opened?

 Yes. As long as the box remains unopened and in perfect condition, unopened mattress returns are accepted under our return policy.

 Are there any fees for returning an unopened mattress?
 Return fees may apply, such as handling and shipping costs, which help cover the logistics of     processing your return.

 How do I initiate a return for an unopened mattress?

Please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and return request.

2. Provide photos of the unopened box along with the original shipping label.

3. We will send you a return label to print and attach to the box.

4. Drop off the box at an approved carrier location.
   
   

  When will I receive my refund?

 Once we receive and inspect the returned mattress, your refund will be processed minus any   applicable return fees. Refunds are issued via your original payment method and may take 3–5   business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
