🛏️ FAQ – Polysleep Mattress Limited Warranty

How long is my Polysleep mattress covered under warranty?

Your Polysleep mattress is covered by a limited warranty of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the mattress directly from Polysleep or from an authorized retailer in Canada.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • A visible indentation greater than ¾ inch (1.9 cm) that is not associated with an improper or unsupportive foundation.

  • Cracks or splits in the foam that occur despite normal use and proper handling.

  • Defects in the zipper assembly of the mattress cover.
Polysleep may, at its discretion, repair or replace the mattress cover if found defective.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal softening of the foam that does not affect the mattress’s comfort or performance.

  • Personal comfort preferences or mattress height.

  • Physical abuse or damage such as burns, cuts, tears, stains, or liquid damage.

  • Damage caused by using an improper foundation or bed base.

  • Transportation and inspection costs related to repair or replacement.

  • Damage caused during removal of the cover or from improper cleaning.

What are my responsibilities as the mattress owner?

To maintain your warranty coverage, you must:

  • Be the original purchaser and provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, date, place, and price).

  • Use a proper foundation or base:

    • Slats must be spaced no more than 3 inches (7.6 cm) apart.

    • Adjustable bases must be in good working condition and provide adequate support.

  • Protect your mattress from spills and stains by using a mattress protector.

Is the warranty transferable?

No. The Polysleep limited mattress warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What should I do if I notice a defect?

  1. Contact Polysleep Customer Service by email at [email protected] or via online chat on our website.

  2. Provide:

    • A proof of purchase.

    • Clear photos of the defect.

    • A detailed description of the issue.

  3. If necessary, Polysleep may send an inspection specialist to examine the mattress.

How does the repair or replacement process work?

If your claim is approved:

  • Polysleep will repair or replace the mattress once during the warranty period.

  • If the same model is no longer available, Polysleep will replace it with a comparable or higher-quality model.

  • Transportation costs related to the replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • The replacement mattress will remain covered under the original warranty period from the initial date of purchase.

What happens during the 100-night trial period?

If a replacement occurs during your 100-night trial, the trial period will be paused during shipping and will resume once the replacement mattress is delivered.

Can the warranty be voided?

Yes, the warranty will be void if the mattress is:

  • Stained, dirty, or deemed unsanitary upon return.

  • Used on a non-compliant or improper foundation.

Which law governs the Polysleep warranty?
