The best way to make sure your order arrives where you want it is to double-check your delivery address before you place your order.

For security reasons, we're unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed—whether or not it has shipped yet.

If your order hasn't shipped yet
We aren't able to update the address on an existing order. If something needs to be corrected, the simplest option is to cancel the order and place a new one with the right details. Reach out to our customer service team and we'll be glad to help you sort it out.

If your order has already shipped
Once you've received your confirmation email with a tracking number, you can contact the carrier directly using that number to request a redirection. Whether that's possible depends on the carrier's own policies.
