If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares it quickly to ensure it is shipped as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped:

• We will be happy to update your address before the package leaves our warehouse.

• We may ask you to provide identification documents for verification and security purposes.

If your order has already been shipped:

• Once you’ve received the confirmation email with the tracking number, we can no longer modify the delivery address.

• However, you can contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request a redirection, depending on their policies.
