If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

As long as your order has been processed but has not yet been handed over to the carrier, it may sometimes be possible to cancel it and receive a full refund.

Important: Once the order has been processed by the carrier, we no longer have control over the shipment. In that case, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to follow the return process once the order is received (applicable fees may apply).
