How long does it take for my mattress to reach its full dimensions?

Upon removal from its packaging, the mattress may require up to seventy-two (72) hours to fully expand and reach the dimensions stated on our website. This expansion period is standard for vacuum-sealed foam products and does not constitute a defect.

Please be advised that minor variations in expansion time and final measurements may occur. These variations can result from factors including, but not limited to, ambient temperature, humidity and ventilation, 

If the mattress has not reached expected dimensions after the seventy-two (72) hour period, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team for further evaluation. 

We reserve the right to request pictures, videos, or any additional documentation to assess whether the product falls within acceptable tolerances.
